Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Revenue Spark ("we," "us," or "our"), a subscription service that delivers referral leads to attorneys and law firms. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

The service

We identify potential referral candidates from public court records and licensed skip-trace services, and deliver those matching your selected categories and counties to you on an ongoing basis while your subscription is active. We do not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, that any referral will result in retained business, or the accuracy, currency, or completeness of contact information we deliver — it is sourced from third-party providers and public records that can themselves be incomplete or outdated.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when subscribing and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account. You must be an attorney or authorized representative of a law firm to subscribe, and you're responsible for your own compliance with the rules of professional conduct and any solicitation restrictions that apply to how you use the referrals we deliver.

Billing

The subscription is billed per referral delivered, at the rate shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe, up to the monthly limit you select. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. A free trial, if offered to you, converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel first. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation stops future billing and delivery, but does not refund amounts already charged for referrals already delivered.

Acceptable use

Referral candidate information is provided to you solely to evaluate and pursue that referral relationship. You may not resell, redistribute, or use it for any purpose unrelated to the referral itself, or in any way that violates applicable law or professional conduct rules.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revenue Spark is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any outcome of a referral relationship between you and a referral candidate. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, misuses referral data, or is used for purposes other than legitimate legal representation.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change is posted here constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
