Utah Civil Litigation Leads

Utah civil cases name every party and show who has a lawyer. Revenue Spark delivers the parties who do not, on new contract, employment, and small claims filings, to civil litigators in the counties they choose.

What cases are included?

Contracts and fraud, employment claims, small claims, and other civil matters such as arbitration awards. Small claims plaintiffs are often repeat businesses, and the defendants are individuals.

What do the filings show?

The party names, roles, case type, court, county, filing date, and any attorney of record, with addresses in the contract and small claims cases we reviewed. See how civil litigation attorneys find new clients.

Frequently asked questions

Which party is the lead in a civil case?

Either side. A plaintiff who filed without counsel or a defendant who was just served can be a lead, as long as the case lists no attorney of record for them.

Are small claims included?

Yes. Small claims are filed in Justice Court, and are among the largest civil case types in Utah.
