Utah Debt Collection Attorney Leads

Plenty of Utah creditors, landlords, and small businesses file collection cases without a lawyer, especially in small claims. Revenue Spark delivers those plaintiffs to collections attorneys, with their address from the court record, the night the case is filed.

What cases are included?

Debt collection filings, small claims, and eviction filings by landlords, in the counties you choose. Plaintiffs that filed with an attorney, which includes most large debt buyers and finance companies, are left out.

How is this different from debt defense?

It is the other side of the same cases. A debt defense attorney receives the person who was sued; a collections attorney receives the business that sued, only when that business has no counsel yet. See consumer debt defense leads for the defendant's direction.

How does it work?

New cases are read daily from Utah's public court records and delivered nightly at $0.50 per lead. How collections attorneys find new business clients shows what a filing contains, and pricing lists the rate.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the lead in a collections category?

The plaintiff: a creditor, landlord, or small business that filed the case. A plaintiff is delivered only when the case lists no attorney of record for them.

Are the leads individuals or companies?

Either. A collections lead can be a company, so the name shown may be a business name.
