Utah Personal Injury Case Data

Every personal injury lead already has an attorney, and each one is marked that way. You can still send mail to them through Revenue Spark, the same as any other lead.

What cases are included?

Automobile torts, premises and product liability, malpractice, and other injury and wrongful death cases. Volume is modest: in a sample week of Utah District Court filings (September 28 to October 2, 2026) we counted roughly 20 to 35 automobile tort cases. See what personal injury court filings tell attorneys.

What do you receive?

The plaintiff's name, case type, court, county, filing date, and a complete address when one is available. Cases without an address are not delivered.

How much does it cost?

$0.50 per lead delivered, no retainer; see pricing. For other practice areas, see Utah court case leads.

Frequently asked questions

Do personal injury leads have an attorney?

Yes. Every automobile tort we reviewed already had an attorney for the plaintiff. Personal injury leads are marked as already represented, unlike every other category.

Can I send mail to personal injury leads?

Yes. They work like any other lead in Revenue Spark, including sending mail to them through the system.

Why is the plaintiff the lead and not the defendant?

The plaintiff is the injured party who filed the case. Defendants are named after filing and are not delivered.
