Revenue Spark Now Covers Every Utah Case Type

Revenue Spark started with criminal defense and now delivers newly filed Utah court cases for every major practice area: consumer debt defense, collections, eviction, family law, estate and probate, civil litigation, property and real estate, and personal injury. You choose the practice areas, case types, and counties you want, and each matching case is delivered the night it is filed.

What does Revenue Spark cover now?

Every lead still starts as a filing in a Utah court's public case record. What changed is which filings we read and who we treat as the lead on each one:

  • Consumer debt defense: the person being sued for a debt, an eviction, or a lien.
  • Collections: the creditor or landlord who filed without an attorney.
  • Family law: the people named in divorce, custody, and protective order cases.
  • Estate and probate: the people who open an estate, trust, or guardianship case.
  • Civil litigation: parties to contract disputes, employment claims, and small claims.
  • Property and real estate: either side of a foreclosure, property rights, or wrongful lien case. It is a small area, a handful of cases a week.
  • Personal injury: plaintiffs in injury cases. They already have an attorney, each is marked that way, and you can mail them through Revenue Spark.
  • Criminal defense: unchanged.

How does the process work for the new practice areas?

The pipeline is the same one criminal defense uses. Utah court filings are checked daily, each new case is sorted into a category from its case type, and the people on it are matched to the attorneys who picked that category and county. Referrals go out that night. See how Revenue Spark gets its referrals for the full process.

Two rules carry over. A person who already has an attorney of record on the case is left out, except in personal injury, where every lead is marked as already represented. And a lead is only delivered with a complete, verified address.

What stays the same?

Pricing is still $0.50 per lead delivered, with no retainer and no subscription tier. You pick counties and categories at signup and can change them later. See pricing for the current rates, or how referrals reach your inbox for what a delivery looks like.
