How Personal Injury Leads Are Marked and Mailed

Every personal injury lead from Revenue Spark already has an attorney, and each one is marked that way. You can still send mail to them through the same system you use for every other lead. This post explains where the marker appears and how mail works.

Where is the marker?

  • Signup and settings: categories that sell represented leads carry a note saying those leads already have an attorney of record.
  • Dashboard: a "Has attorney" tag appears next to the person's name.
  • Excel export: a "Has Attorney" column is filled in for those rows.

Categories outside personal injury exclude anyone with an attorney of record, so the marker never appears next to them.

How does mail work?

The same as any lead. Upload a letter or postcard in the Mail tab, choose the personal injury categories it applies to, and each new lead is printed and mailed. You can use a different design for these categories than for others. See how referrals work.

Do leads have addresses?

A lead is delivered only with a complete, verified address. In the automobile tort cases we opened, one listed addresses for both parties and another listed none, so some filings never reach you. See what an automobile tort filing shows.

What does it cost?

Leads are $0.50 each, the same as every other category; mail has its own per-piece cost shown at setup. See pricing.
