Why Revenue Spark? Built for Utah, Built for Return

Revenue Spark does one thing: it finds people in Utah court filings and gets your firm in front of them. Because we only do that, our software is tuned to Utah's neighborhoods, laws and court records, and that is where a better return on every dollar comes from.

A general lead source treats every state, every case and every address the same. We don't, in three specific ways.

How does knowing Utah's neighborhoods help you earn more?

We know which leads are more willing and able to pay, and we show you. Every lead whose address is in a higher-income ZIP code is marked, so you can quote a different price, send a different postcard or letter, or choose to receive only those ZIP codes. It is a neighborhood signal, not a promise about any one person's income. How higher-income ZIP codes work shows the details.

That matters because the same postcard does not fit a retiree in a modest neighborhood and a family in Park City. A firm that can price and pitch each group differently signs more of the clients it mails.

How does knowing Utah's legal changes help?

Utah's law changes, and the change decides what a person is worried about. Two examples:

  • Extreme DUI. Utah treats a DUI with a breath or blood alcohol result of .16 or higher (or .05 plus a controlled substance, or two or more controlled substances) as an "extreme" DUI, with a higher mandatory jail minimum and supervised probation, according to the state's DUI statutory overview. Those cases can be advertised differently, so they get their own category when the court's charge says so. See extreme DUI leads in Utah.
  • Driving without insurance. Since H.B. 24 took effect on May 6, 2026, driving without insurance, and failing to show proof of it, are one offense and a class C misdemeanor. Someone with that on their record may want it cleared so it does not raise eyebrows with an employer or a licensing board. That is a different message from a ticket.

A general source sends both people the same generic mail. We tell you what each one is facing.

How does knowing Utah's court system help?

Utah's courts post case information in their own way, and reading it correctly is half the work. We screen out people who already have an attorney of record, so you are not mailing someone who has already hired a lawyer. In the few categories where the person often does have a lawyer, such as personal injury, we mark the lead "has attorney" so you can change your pitch instead of guessing. How we decide who the lead is covers the rules.

What does that do to your return?

Each of these removes waste. You do not pay to mail people who already have counsel, you can aim a different piece at the neighborhoods where people are able to pay, and your copy matches what the person is actually dealing with. With the same budget, more of the mail lands on someone who can say yes.

The numbers still need to be yours. PPC vs. direct mail: what a new client costs walks through the math with typical figures, and the direct mail calculator lets you try your own. A postcard we print and mail is $1.25 and a letter is $1.75, all in; see pricing.

These are illustrative figures, not a promise. Your own response and close rates set your own results.
